JK9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use Made Clear for All Malaysian Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform JK9 operating at jk9.site and all associated sub-domains. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and JK9 ("Platform", "We").

Sharing, selling, transferring, or granting access to your account to any other party is strictly prohibited. Breaching this condition may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Deposit conditions applicable to all members JK9:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account or e-wallet are not accepted.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the selected method.
• JK9 does not charge any processing fees on deposits made by members.
• All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). JK9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Jk9 reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that cannot be identified or that raise concerns related to money laundering.

JK9 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow) are processed within 3 to 15 minutes.
• Transfers to bank accounts via FPX are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or e-wallet will require additional verification.
• Any rollover requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled in full before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period may require additional identity verification as a standard security measure.
• JK9 does not charge any fees on processed withdrawals.

All bonuses and promotions offered by JK9 subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion's details. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only on their first deposit. The maximum bonus value is up to RM 500. The rollover requirement is 5x total amount (deposit + bonus) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Each member is entitled to the Welcome Bonus once only. Any attempt to claim this bonus more than once by creating a new account is a violation of these terms.
• Bonuses may not be used alongside or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• The timeframe to fulfil the rollover requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses that do not meet the rollover requirements within this period will expire.
• Sports Betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (1/2) do not count in full towards Sports Betting rollover requirements.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system JK9 — including opening multiple accounts, coordinating with other members to artificially meet rollover requirements, or any other method intended to exploit promotions — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

JK9 offers Sports Betting markets covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The general Sports Betting rules that apply are:

• All bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be voided once locked in, except under specifically stated circumstances (e.g., a match is postponed or cancelled).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, match, and betting market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• If a match is cancelled or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, all bets on that match will be voided and the wagered amount fully refunded.
• Significant errors in odds settings (for example: odds that are clearly far above their intended value due to a technical error) entitle JK9 to void the bet in question and refund the wagered amount.
• Bets placed using insider information, manipulated outcomes, or any form of fraud will be voided and the accounts involved will be suspended.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds change dynamically in line with how the match unfolds. JK9 is not responsible for any delays in odds updates caused by technical issues beyond our control.

The following rules apply to all casino games on JK9 including slots, roulette, baccarat, poker, and Live Casino games:

• All game outcomes generated by an audited RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and cannot be disputed.
• For Live Casino, the result announced by the dealer after a round closes is final. Any uncertainty or dispute will be resolved based on the studio video recordings retained on file.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are displayed within the game interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any technical disruption during a gaming session will be handled in accordance with JK9. If a game is interrupted at a critical stage, the round in question will be voided and the wager refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools intended to exploit games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Member JK9 is required to maintain reasonable standards of conduct in all interactions with the platform and with other members. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games such as poker.
• Use of cheating software, automation tools, odds manipulation techniques, or any other unauthorised methods.
• Opening multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Transferring funds between accounts for unauthorised purposes or to circumvent rollover requirements.
• Attempting to exploit any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the system JK9.

A breach of any of the above conditions may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure at the discretion of JK9.

JK9 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (members will be notified of any existing balance prior to closure).

Should an account be closed due to a breach of terms, JK9 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance for which rollover requirements have not been met. The original deposit amount (less any winnings from activities that violate these terms) will be returned subject to the required review process.
